These Condenser's are mounted away from the distributor. Clipped directly to the coil, They avoid the extreme heat inside the distributor. The condenser is a UK manufactured part, with a Tolerance of +/- 2%, and designed specifically for High Frequency applications. All original fitment condensers have a Tolerance of +/- 24%, making it a game of Russian Roulette as to how they will work or last. My Competition Condenser's are often copied..
