After 4 years of development..... Here I have for sale..... A pair of ShackTune Koni front inserts.... To Suit. TRIUMPH 2000 SALOONS & ESTATES (ALL MODELS, ALL ENGINES), TRIUMPH STAG (ALL MODELS) .. The standard off the shelf Koni's are very good on the road... But, they have a very soft initial bump characteristic... This soft bump gives you the supple but controlled boulevard ride. But also allows the body of the car to roll and pitch on corners.. Until now.. Available only from TriumphStuff.. ShackTune Koni race front inserts... Starting with Koni's Legendary 8610 top adjustable race inserts... I have designed and made a kit of parts to allow the units to bolt straight in to a Triumph strut.. They will work with standard top mounts or Chris Witor roller bearing top mounts. Koni 8610 inserts- These inserts have complex multiple valves on the bump/compression stroke. Slow Bump (ie when you load the car in a corner) has been massively increased.. This controls body roll.. Fast Bump (when you hit a bump) has had a small increase. The bump rates are fixed, and are not adjustable on the top adjuster. The rebound rate is adjustable from the top without having to remove the unit from the car. These units give the car an extremely taut and controlled ride.. But never crashy... Very similar to a modern car. The kit comes ready to fit with- 2x Koni 8610 inserts with the Triumph top adaptor fitted 1x Koni adjuster knob with extender 2x Lower spacers 2x Upper spacers 2x Gland nuts (hold the damper in the strut tube) 1x  ShackTune Gland nut tool Detailed instructions on fitting and adjusting.
